Purpose and impact at a global scale
The brief
A global quick service restaurant publishes annual updates on its sustainability strategy, sharing details across both an annual report and an extensive, dedicated website. The process includes coordinating content across multiple delieverables, engaging multiple internal stakeholder groups and ensuring copy meets rigorous internal standards.
The process
Over several years, I helped develop the company’s annual sustainability disclosures, drafting and refreshing copy year-on-year to communicate progress and strategic evolution.
During that time, I also wrote supplementary materials, including performance summaries, DEI reports and climate-related disclosures.
The outcome
By working consistently with the company for several years, I contributed to building a suite of annual disclosures that maintain the same tone of voice and style while reflecting their strategic evolution. Most recently, that included transforming their web content into a source for evergreen approach content while their report became the place for progress-focused updates. And, to bring life to their disclosures, I drafted a series of blog-style case studies that live on their website and share real-world examples of their strategy in action.
