Report development

Responsibility at the heart of business

The brief

A global law firm was developing their 2025 Impact Report and wanted support in restructuring and refining the content. It was a fast turnaround, with approximately a month to develop a content plan, interview stakeholders, draft content and get it back to them and their design team.

The process

I managed the report development process from end-to-end, starting with reviewing their previous report and the working draft of their current one to find opportunities to improve structure, flow and readability.

Once that was signed off, I led interviews with internal subject matter experts to gather the right content for each chapter. Combining these insights with existing content, I drafted a refreshed version of the report, making recommendations to strengthen disclosures, improve transparency and ensure content was clearly communicated for key audiences.

The outcome

The resulting report presented the organisation’s responsible business progress through a clear, strategic structure that aligned with their core priorities. Strategically placed quotes and case studies brought the organisation’s commitment to life while the improved content structure and narrative flow made the report more accessible and engaging for readers.
